There is a hints banner by clicking on “MCDU MENU” and toggling the “help hints”.
A proper tutorial will likely be made when the full update releases to the main app. While it’s still in beta pending potential changes, it doesn’t make much sense.

ah fair enough
i managed to file my fpl and enter performance data etc using hints and on my own
i only wanted help with entering APPR and editing SID/STARs

for APPR you can’t change much, as per SID/STAR go to the FPLN page, tap the left col of button on the airport and follow thw flow
