For a while now I’ve been looking into getting a joystick for IF. I have an IPad Air 2, I’ve heard the Logitech pro 3D is very good and affordable however even if I got it I wouldn’t know how to set it up and link it to my iPad. I have looked on you tube for tutorials but nothing much has turned up.
Anyone who uses a joystick please give me some advice.

Thrustmaster T-Flight HOTAS X. Works on both IF & FSX (if you have it as well). Very good feel to it. I personally love it.
The Thrustmaster T.Flight Hotas X is a good joystick and it works with live flight connect on iOS.

Why would people want to add and modify this simulator? I’m not complaining, but it’s a mobile app for a reason. If you want a more realistic simulator, download one on your computer. 😊
Because you have to pay extra for that. What is wrong with making a mobile sim even more realistic?

Look around, you can find them cheaper. Aileron, rudder, throttle…The whole nine yards.
I use the Logitech 3D Extrems Pro, or whatever it’s called. It works fine and is relatively cheap.
