I was just wondering what was wrong with my TS as I can’t see flying Paths after Laura announced them being visible on Training server now. Others have them too so it seems to be a problem for me. I tried restarting the app and some other things, but nothing would work, that’s why I anted to ask for a solution here. Maybe some experience the same issue at this moment, tell me if that is the case.
Hi!
Are you just clicking on the aircraft? To be able to see the path you have to click on the little bar (where you can see information like callsign, altitude, speed,…) after you have clicked on the aircraft.
If you are doing that and it is still not working, then reinstall IF and see if that works.
I can confirm that this is not working for me too, as I’m currently flying on the Training Server. App was restarted, but not reinstalled (it’s not a major issue anyways)
Unless someone on the Training Server currently can prove that this feature is working, I guess I’ll reinstall then.
I believe that the flight path draws in 25nm increments. Keep looking for aircraft at a cruising altitude. 4000ft means he’s still climbing out and the 25nm distance has not been reached.
For those experiencing this issue, please provide:
Device Make & Model
Device Software Version
Infinite Flight Version
It’s working fine on iOS but one user who is on Android is noting that it does not work on his end. Thanks for the help and we hope to get this issue centralized and fixed as soon as possible.
IOS 11.2.5
IPad Mini 4th Generation (possibly refurbished)
Latest IF version (there is no update in the App Store)
The tracking is working fine on Expert, but not on TS…
Mine’s an iPhone X, running iOS 11.3 on the latest IF version.
Expert Server is fine, flight plans even appear before an aircraft took off.
Training Server is different. The flightplan and details won’t appear for those cruising or on the ground (i.e. remained unchanged as previous IF version)
