The holiday season is here — and we’re lighting up the skies! Join us on December 21 as Lufty Virtual hosts a full-day Christmas Fly In-N-Out at Frankfurt. Whether you’re flying in with a sleigh full of passengers or departing on a holiday adventure, everyone is welcome to join the celebration.
Wrap up the year with warm community vibes, twinkling taxiway lights, and a day full of memorable winter flying. Come share the spirit of aviation and the magic of the season with us!
Lufty Virtual will fly the entire day, throughout Germany and Europe. No matter if you want to join us, fly around for yourself or our friends and partners from all over the world: We are excited to meet each other in Frankfurt/Main.
Little Funfact: Frankfurt/Main refers to the river Main next to Frankfurt. There is another Frankfurt near the river Oder, so Frankfurt/Oder. To distinguish both cities, the river is mentioned in the name of the city 
This is our first big event since we rebranded Lufty Virtual and I want to thank the entire Lufty Virtual Staff Team for all the continous effort and dedication that you bring into this Virtual Airline. We also thank all of our pilots for being as active as you are. We are excited to share many events, group flights and possibly a Meet-Up in 2026, who knows?

Lufty VA is known as a community-focused virtual airline where members feel like part of a group rather than just individual pilots. We strive to maximize the feeling of togetherness. No matter if you want to fly around in Germany or you want to fly far away - You will find someone to join you.
Professionalism and Structure
Lufty Virtual emphasizes the professionalism of the operation and pilots. We combine both fun and realism. Once a applicant passes our written and practical test, you can work yourself up the ladder: All the way from the small CRJ and E-Jets to the Queen and King of the skies.
Career Mode
The Career Mode at Lufty Virtual is an optional gameplay feature that allows pilots to experience a realistic career path in the style of the Lufthansa Group. Every pilot begins on short-haul aircraft and has the opportunity to gradually progress to any aircraft type of their choice.
The minimum rank to join the Career Mode is the VA rank of Senior First Officer. By accumulating flight hours, achieving new ranks within the career mode itself, and earning type ratings, pilots can continuously advance their careers and shape their own personal journey within Lufty Virtual.
Partnerships and Cooperation
Last but not least, we are extremely happy to be around so many great partner VA’s. It’s always fun to fly codeshare routes, no matter where in the world: If in North America, South America, Africa, Asia and many partners within Europe, options are limitless. If you like the cold winter or the hot summer, just hop in anywhere in the world and start flying.
