Probably wouldn’t report for a Q400 in most situations.

If an airport is staffed on ES by IFATC an airport is incompatible with the aircraft and no NOTAM present, we have an “aircraft too large” message to use and will enforce if failure to despawn/divert is not followed.

If an airport has a NOTAM for aircraft restrictions and it is observed by staffed IFATC, or unstaffed and observed by IF Staff, IF Moderators, or IFATC Supervisors/ Recruiters, you will likely be reported.
