Flyby at Mt. Fuji

The passengers on board this Northwest DC-10 were treated to spectacular views of Mt. Fuji before landing in Tokyo. Clear skies and excellent visibility gave the crew their own unique perspective of this famous Japanese landmark and its surroundings. The landing at Narita International (RJAA) was smooth, as the big trijet gently settled onto Runway 34L, and deployed its spoilers and thrust reversers. This scenic flight was completed on the training server.

The route was from Nagoya to Tokyo. Mt. Fuji was visible for most of the flight.
