Fly in 120 knots strong winds

I’ve flown a really hard wind area that had over 120 knots and airplane had just got turbulence at 24000 ft. On IF.

How could I do? Can I climb high to avoid them?

windy.com i believe is something that’s used for IF and works pretty good for finding winds and such
