Hi everyone!
My name is Marcos, and I’m currently studying a Master’s in Industrial Engineering in Spain. Over the past few months, I’ve been working in my free time on a personal project that combines two things I really enjoy: aviation and building new things.
Today I’m happy to finally share the first public beta of FlightXPass.
FlightXPass is a third-party web platform designed to add another layer of progression and motivation to Infinite Flight. I’ve put a lot of time, dedication and effort into building it, learning along the way and trying to make something that could actually be enjoyable for the Infinite Flight community.
What can you do in FlightXPass?
At the moment, the platform includes:
Infinite Flight connection using your IF / Community username
A personal Logbook
Pilot statistics, flight hours, distance, airports and XP
A world flight map showing your tracked routes
Achievements and additional XP rewards
A global pilot level and progression system
A two-month seasonal Flight Pass with 50 levels
Virtual Airlines
Leaderboards
Seasonal cosmetic rewards and profile customization
Infinite Flight flight history is retrieved through the Live API and is treated as temporary data. Only the information you explicitly add to your FlightXPass Logbook becomes part of your FlightXPass progress.
Public Beta
This is the first public beta, so FlightXPass is definitely not finished yet.
There are already several improvements planned, including:
Proper aircraft identification — some Infinite Flight flights currently appear as Unknown aircraft
Further improvements to airport and route mapping
More achievements
Improvements to the leaderboard
More Virtual Airline features
More seasonal rewards and customization
UI, mobile and general quality-of-life improvements
I’m sure there will also be things that I haven’t thought of yet, which is one of the main reasons I wanted to open the project to the community now.
Season 1
The first Flight Pass season is called European Skies.
Every season starts from zero and lasts around two months, with progression based on the flight time recorded during that season.
The core FlightXPass experience is free. There is also an optional one-time Premium Pass for each season that unlocks additional cosmetic rewards. It is not a subscription.
I’d really appreciate your feedback
I’ve spent a lot of time working on FlightXPass and this is the first time I’m putting it in front of a wider audience, so I’m both excited and a little nervous to finally share it.
If you try it, I’d genuinely appreciate any feedback: bugs, things that are confusing, features you would like to see, progression balancing, design suggestions, or anything else you think could make it better.
I hope some of you enjoy using it as much as I’ve enjoyed building it.
FlightXPass Public Beta:
FlightXPass is an independent third-party project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Infinite Flight.
Thanks for taking a look! ![]()
