i actually noticed this too, at JFK, Volaris appears on the board to depart for other states in the U.S. but the flights eventually pop up as Frontier flights.

Does anyone have ANY idea what this might be? Can’t be a US govt A320 since they don’t have any, so is it an airliner with a broken ADB-S? Another aircraft of some type posing as an A320 (it has happened recently)? It’s now at 2000ft and the track is distorted over Curacao. Or are is it really tracked because it’s just one of the few planes near Venezuela.

Looks like it’s a Global X A320, specifically N282GX. Transponder turned on around 10 or so minutes ago.
