I just did not screen shot it yesterday. But then I found out what happened so i went back and played it back once more…
They use them because Lufthansa partially ran out of CO2 certificates and Germanwings is on paper still an organisation so by using their Callsign they apparently can use their CO2 certificates. They mostly do so on intra-German flights from/to MUC

Miami appears to be having ground stops, not sure if it is related to ATC shortages because of the government shutdown or if it’s because of the fact president Trump came in earlier today and is in town
