Anyone else think this Aer lingus pilot messed up his flight plan to Manchester?😅

Interesting. Wonder what they were doing.

That Aer Lingus A333 is operated by Aer Lingus UK which is based in Manchester. The A330 operated by them normally flies to the USA and the Caribbean. I think they fly them to Dublin for maintenance and then fly them back to Manchester once they are ready to resume service. That weird departure was probably a test for something before continuing on to MAN.

It’s kind of a good/bad situation. For one, it’s cool to see the helicopter, but it means someone needed it for an urgent medical situation.

Haven’t seen that Heli in a long time.
We also get North Memorial. And iThought they were based in MSP, confuses me why they come here. MSP has better hospitals no doubt
