Flightradar24 Findings [Part 5]

Flightradar24 Findings - Part 5

I am honored to be creating the 5th FR24 Findings thread! Sorry to whoever I beat to it 😐.

I feel bad @Anthony_Gulluscio 😅

Rules:

  • Don’t spam: Send genuine, interesting findings

  • Give context to why you are posting it- If you don’t tell us anything, we won’t know that your grandpa is flying solo around Paris.

  • Stay on-topic: Use this thread for it’s sole purpose. Don’t worry, we have other thread on here!

I’m not actually mad lol, you got it fair and square!

Welp, here’s my first post!

I thought Klm sent there 787s to jfk… not only that but why KLM Asia? Unless the aircraft was VERY recently transferred to the mainline fleet to the point where there are no pictures of it…

I’m glad. 🙂

There are multiple frequencies, with one of them usually being a 777, I see it sometimes.

Here’s an interesting article on KLM Asia:

KLM uses KLM Asia to be able to fly to Taipei. However, KLM Asia has 8 aircraft while the flight service to Taipei only needs 2.
So KLM uses the excess of KLM Asia aircraft towards other destinations. An aircraft that doesn’t fly, doesn’t make any money.

An aircraft that I’ve seen quite often in SLC are these Alaska 737-900s without the winglets. For an airport as refreshed as SLC, it sure does see a lot of older style aircraft

Wow part 5 already, anyways here’s my first post.

I have sad news as JetBlue has not sent any E190’s to Sarasota in almost 2 months, with that being said they have primarily switched both the Boston and JFk flights to BCS3’s

Definitely sad to see the EJETS leave my hometown

That is pretty sad… once ur in nyc over the summer you’ll have A LOT better luck seeing the e190s lol

Anyway, I feel like I haven’t seen this airline in a long time at jfk, and the last time I did they flew 747s here…

Speaking of Wamos Air caught this heading back to Madrid from Auckland Via Kuala Lumpur. Air New Zealand had been using this aircraft for quite a while on there PER-AKL Route!!
