Lightning struck in the ocean really close to the shore along the path of runway 25R while this plane was departing! The plane continued its flight but the DHL aircraft that was lined up on 25R was forced to wait several minutes before departing

I feel like I PROBABLY know the answer, but why doesn’t this C-17 have RCH or whatever callsign the C-17s have for Hickam AFB or the Hawaii ANG? (I think I only found TREK and WIKI on the Monitoring Times PDF.)
