A Flight Scheduling Tool for Infinite Flight

Welcome to FlightCloud, a web-based flight scheduling platform built for pilots in the Infinite Flight Community.

FlightCloud provides a simple way to plan, organise, and manage upcoming flights before you even start the simulator. Instead of keeping notes or scattered plans, you can create structured flight schedules in one place and access them from anywhere.

The goal of FlightCloud is to make flight tracking easier and more organised for pilots who enjoy planning routes, coordinating flights, or simply keeping track of what they plan to fly next.

Because FlightCloud runs entirely in your browser, it works across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, and can even be added to your home screen for quick access.

Hello, first of all this is amazing. It blew my mind. It has completely blew my expectations out of the water. I used the beta version when you announced it which I think was in 2025, and that was very laggy and also had some problems, but now it’s become this fine product. I couldn’t even imagine,the IFE feature is insane. I absolutely love it. Thank you!!!

Thanks so much! I’m glad that you enjoy it. I’ve cleaned the product up a little bit, and edited the UI so that it doesent lag, so It’s good to know that helped!

This is awesome! Any chance you can add a feature that also allows us to schedule/manage ATC sessions. It would be awesome to have a schedule between flying/controlling.

Also, does this log past flights if they were in the schedule? It would be really cool if it did that as well as logged ATC sessions that were in the schedule!

Unfortunately I have removed the logbook. The ATC Feature is definitely one that will be added in the next few months. Keep an eye out :eyes:

Once you are into the IFE, you can take a look at the multiple features, which are editable in the onboard admin panel, in FlightCloud. For the IFE Feature, we recommend using 2 devices, for full control over the IFE.

Track your flight using the inflight map, Do note. This does not show your active route, or flight plan, and is a rough estimate as to where your aircraft could be - based on the timings inputted by the user

FlightCloud Version 26.3 - Released!

:rocket: New Feature on Flightcloud: Live Flight Tracker!

Hello everyone!

There is a new feature, just rolled out a brand-new feature on Flightcloud — a Live Flight Tracker! :airplane:

You can now track flights directly within Flightcloud and see their live status in real time. This makes it easier than ever to follow aircraft movements, your speeds and more!

To make sure this works, add your IFC username to the settings, then data is retrieved from there!

This is the second version of the tracker, and we’ll continue improving it with new features and refinements over time. As always, your feedback is welcome and helps shape what comes next.

First of all, I love FlightCloud. You are amazing, thank you so much. I’ve got a suggestion. Like how you can push videos out to all devices, i think being able to do the same but with audio would be really cool. This could mean we can play specific audio tracks for airline safety briefings or boarding/landing music etc. Hope this gets added! :heart:
