Flight Time Log Glitch - GMMN to ZBAA recorded only 3 hours instead of full long-haul

Hello Infinite Flight Support Team,

I am reporting an issue regarding my flight time log for a recent ultra long-haul flight.

Departure Airport: GMMN (Mohammed V International Airport)

Arrival Airport: ZBAA (Beijing Capital International Airport)

Flight Plan Source: SimBrief

Expected Flight Time: Around 13–14 hours

Recorded Flight Time: Only 3 hours

Description of the issue:

I completed the entire flight successfully, reached ZBAA, taxied to the gate, parked, and shut down the aircraft properly. However, when checking my logbook, the system only credited me with 3 hours of flight time.

I suspect this might be an AP+ or server-sync glitch where the app stopped logging the time properly during cruise while the autopilot was engaged, despite remaining connected to the Expert Server.

Could you please look into this log error and assist me in recovering my missing hours? I have the flight replay available if required.
