Trying to resume a flight from sydney to santiago with 3 hours left, every time i flight resume it sticks on the loading screen with an aer lingus a350 picture, no text next to the loading symbol either. I have restarted device several times, closed the app, cleared cache. Disabled wifi, enabled wifi, used hotspot 4G from iphone. The only thing i dont want to do is delete and reinstall the app. It still won’t load the flight. How do i get it to?
This is most likely a wifi issue. Can you run a speed test and send it here?
Might look awful but it runs IF really well every other time, i have logged over 400 flights with IAG virtual and all of them have worked fine
Do i just need to restart the internet at some point and reconnect
Try and restart the internet router, this has happened to me too. For me, a VPN also works.
