what app or website does everyone use to plan flights for free as i cant find one that isn’t blocked

I use simbrief, it will try really hard to get you to purchase the subscription, but it’s not necessary.
If you are using some sort of thing that could restrict wifi (I.e. school), it may be different.

Simbrief is free to use - and it’s what many of this community use.
Flight Planner - Flight Plan Database Is the one I use a lot 
Personally i just use the built-in departure and arrival options but I’ve used FPLtoIF (idk if it even exists anymore), simbrief and foreflight in the past
Simbrief is now integrated into Infinite Flight, so a lot of people use that now.
