What is the difference between Q routes and Y routes such as Q100-Y280?

The route itself. Q routes are high RNAV routes. Y is something new I’m seeing on the high altitude charts over the Gulf.

Thank you I’m looking for the Gulf of Mexico Y routes which may be the same but I’m not sure
