Flight Plan Distance Markers

This is not a request!

I’m cruising at fl310 @ 280kts indicated and I’m looking to decent to fl070 at -2400fpm, I’ll need to descend at approx 48nm from my selected destination/STAR etc

Can IF show distance on the map? This would help with altitude and speed planning?

Is there a third party app to help?

Also flying IRL so it helps to know for my real trips, not at fl310 in a C172 mind you 😂

Tapping on the “MAP” button in the bottom right-hand corner of the map will display your flight plan off to the left. From there, you can view the distance remaining to each waypoint. Let me know if you need additional help displaying this on your map.
