Been about 6-8 months since I’ve flown on IF. Getting back into it and I know there’s been a lot of great updates/changes. Just curious why this leg of my flight path is Red vs the normal White.

Some (most) have mentioned the red line is because you’re going too fast to make the turn. I always thought it was a section of the flight where the descent would be too steep for the aircraft to do in a normal fashion.
Just did a test and noticed it shows up when you delete a waypoints altitude
It’s a too steep descent rate then.
But deleted an alt that would have made it to steep

It is based on your present GS. when you get there, you’ll have to slow down to make the turn, and the line will revert to its normal white color.
The proportion of the red segment indicates by how much GS must be reduced to make the turn.
Hi,
if I am right, we now have the waypoints in the flight plan becoming red when there will be a vertical speed problem, but the lines are for GS and turning.
