So I check my flight log and notice another person other than me manage to log a flight on my account even after I changed my Google account password. I used the latest iPadOS version in iPad air 4 2020. I might have to change the actual IFC account in that case, idk if it’ll fix it.
Changing your IFC account won’t necessarily fix this if someone has access to your Google account and you have a subscription tied to it. IF will automatically detect an active subscription linked to the supposedly compromised Google account, and they’ll be logged in.
I’d recommend taking measures to secure your Google account further if you believe someone other than you has unauthorized access. Firstly, force-remove all devices that have access to that account, except for the one you’re performing these account management steps on. Then, change your password to something that’d be hard to simply guess. As a last line of defense, consider enabling 2-factor authentication for your Google account to prevent unauthorized access, and only approve the devices you know you’re truly logging in on.
Additionally, I’d recommend taking measures to secure your IFC account, too. The steps are essentially the same as for the Google account, outlined above. Doing this will help prevent someone logging into your IF account, as by the end of this procedure, they will have lost access to both your Google account, and your IFC account, and will therefore be unable to log into your IF account through either of these means.
Hope you find this helpful.
