I’m doing a group flight currently. We are hovering around FL330. the winds are quite strong. Does anybody have any suggestions for FL?
We are in or near Iowa
People in my group are checking and I’m checking to. Do you have a right now current suggestion?
It’s hard to know because we don’t know where you are or what direction you are going. I would just check the wind map that I linked above

It looks like you have a nasty headwind causing you to not have strong speed
either change to a calmer FL if there is one or it’s not the right time to fly the route lol
