Hi, annoyingly I had been flying for a couple of hours now and also doing loads of touch-and-goes. None of these flying hours nor landings are counting.
If anyone can help me on this, this would be much appreciated

Are you doing these sessions on solo or multiplayer? Only multiplayer sessions (done on Casual/Training/Expert) server count towards your profile statistics.

Unfortunately I cannot afford a Infinite Flight subscription so, No
You need an subscription to access the multiplayer servers , flight hours are only counted in multiplayer server ! Hope this info helps
