occasionally while on final I have seen flashing at airport . Is it lighting or rendering flash?
Flashing? Could you expand? A video would help :)
Will try to capture video next time like lighting half a second white flash

Flashing would probably be the airport beacon ;)

That’s the aerodrome beacon. :) It categorizes which type of airport it is.
