Flaps, trim settings for flying the A320-200?

Can you guys tell what trim,flaps i should be at for takeoff, flight and landing

Usually 1 Flap and 10% positive trim for takeoff, and full flaps with no trim on landing, It’s all personal preference though

For flaps

Short runway takeoff

Flaps 2 or 3 (think 3 is sometimes used irl? Not 100% sure)

Normal runway

Flaps 1 or 2

Landing

Always flaps full
