First Tow on the Ramp

Hello IFC,
I have been at my Ramp job for a month and half now and yesterday night I got to tow my very first aircraft! It was fun and a bit challenging and I had my good friend and co-worker Sean giving me pointers and guiding me as a put the airplane in our big hangar. Our company specs call 18 inches between all aircraft which is about a foot and a half and is the minimum amount of space. I’m hoping to do more tows in the future and to get tow certified

Good job man! I work at KAPA. And see the line guys back in some massive learjets and globals. It blows my mind how they can do it.🤙🏼

90.000 IBS is our wait limit. We can do anything that I’ve seen from a G4 to a Challenger 650

We call it the Lektro, it’s an electric pushback. It’s a fun thing to drive for sure. I’m based at KLIT

Wow! The tow track looks like Ferrari F1 :)
