Hello, as you’ve probably already read, this is my first spotting Post. The pictures were made when I was spotting at LHR in the Summer (yes I know it’s a long time ago!)
That’s nice—there’s not much difference compared to the SE 3, but the compact design is just perfect! Performance is lit! It feels really comfortable to hold, and the smaller size makes it easy to carry around when spotting.
Try adding an extra telephoto lens attachment; it also makes a big difference for spotting. It gives you that extra reach to capture aircraft details from a distance without losing sharpness. The combination of compact size and the option to extend with a tele lens feels like the best of both worlds—easy to carry but flexible enough for serious spotting sessions.
