This is my welcome post in the IFC community was introduced here by a colleague who aspires to be an ATPL. I have a tone of respect for guys here and continue doing a good job for the developers. As for the participants and operators continue doing what you are doing. At grade 4 now I aspire to do expert ATC am beginning to work on it: what I would wish to point out to pilots though is be very good listeners and pay a lot of attention who is pushing back after you who is calling base before you just to make the experience real.
