This topic is here for you, to explain how and when was your first diversion or emergency in Infinite Flight. You need to say why you diverted (or crashed, who knows) . Let’s hear some tricky stories!
Example:
My first diversion was during a cargolux flight from IAH to LUX when i putted the wrong amount of fuel. In consequences after t/o , the low fuel, combined with the unrealistic B747-8 fuel consumption, i had to divert to MEM where i refuelled and continued the flight as planned. I was sweating heavily !

Where I had meant to end up in Bangkok (from Munich) but overslept and found myself down in New Zealand having to land at Queenstown.
My first diversion was on one of those mission flights that used to be in IF. I was flying from Istanbul to Munich (or Frankfurt) and saw that I had no fuel left so diverted to Bratislava.
On the Expert Server, it happened with ATC during the Air Canada VA event where 200+ aircraft flew to tiny St. Maarten forcing multiple aircraft (including me) to divert
My first diversion was from LAX-JFK when JFK was madness in terms of traffic and the holding pattern would take about 45 minutes. I let ATC know I was low on fuel, I was told that it should be fine. However, halfway into the holding pattern I wouldn’t have the fuel to make it.
