I have no idea if I will be flying Alaska soon. They are mainly on the West Coast, so hard to catch an Alaska flight from Dallas, especially on the new A320. But boy that would be splendid if we did! :)

It’s about $70-$80 on average for a one way ticket from Denver to Seattle so I hope they offer at least once the 320 from SEA - DEN.

Alaska Airlines have said they do not plan on keeping the A320 family in the fleet. They will receive everything that virgin had on order, then they will begin to phase out the aircraft. The Alaska livery on this plane while it looks great, will not be around long. Hopefully, this is a bit of pain medication for the Boeing fans.

I believe that is no longer correct. I talked to a Virgin america pilot that said their unions pushed to keep the Airbuses and that because AS wants to grow so much, they’ll need to keep the Airbuses in the fleet to operate their growth

Honestly I’ve seen quite a few people bashing on this plane (on insta) because it looks “ugly”. To me this is one of the most beautiful narrow bodies I have ever seen!

I agree with Andrew, it looks so much better on the 737. To me it looks like an unnatural fit on this aircraft. As said above a different shot angle would have been good.
