Background Information:
Finnair
Finnair is the flag carrier and largest airline of Finland, with its headquarters in Vantaa on the grounds of Helsinki Airport, its hub. Finnair and its subsidiaries dominate both domestic and international air travel in Finland. Finnair is a member of the Oneworld airline alliance. In 2017, it transported about 12 million passengers to over 100 European, 20 Asian and 7 North American destinations. At the end of 2017, the airline employed 5,918 people.
Finnair is the sixth oldest airline in continuous operation. With no fatal or hull-loss accidents since 1963, Finnair is consistently listed as one of the safest airlines in the world (#6 in 2018)
Finnair A330-300
Finnair received its first A330-300s on 27 March 2009. Now the airline has eight Airbus A330-300 aircraft in the fleet. The airline utilizes its A330s on intercontinental flights. The A330s are powered by General Electric CF6-80E1 engines. Finnair originally planned to retire two of its A330s in 2017, but modified the plan. The earliest a Finnair A330 will be retired is the 2020s

My Thoughts:
The only Finnair aircraft in IF right now with the current livery is the A321. This limits all possible Finnair flights to short-medium haul flights. The Finnair A330 would open up a wide range of new long-haul flights to and from Helsinki. I personally think Finnair has an intriguing livery on its A330s. I hope to see the Finnair A330 in IF one day!
