Airport: Brisbane International Aiport (YBBN)

Hello everyone! This is my second event (my first was unsuccessful XD) , so I’m hoping we can get a good turnout. This event is simply a fly-out of Brisbane Airport, in Brisbane, Australia.

For this event, we will be flying out of Brisbane International. Brisbane International Airport is an international airport servicing Brisbane and South-East Queensland, where it is both a major hub, and sub-hub for multiple airlines, including Qantas, Virgin Australia, and Jetstar! The airport services 31 airlines, flying to over 50 domestic and 29 international destinations, which in 2016 had more than 22 million passengers go through it! The airport has both international, domestic, cargo and general aviation terminals, as well as two runways (soon to be three!). The airport has been named one of the world’s best performing, large-sized airports!

If you would like to participate in a great event, request a gate below!

#2

I don’t understand

#3

If this is an event it needs to be moved to #live:events

#4

Sorry, having some formatting issues - it will be fixed soon, sorry

#5

Oh i’m very sorry, I completely forgot haha - will do now

#6

Could a mod please explain what formatting problem I have?

#7

Here I will flag it so a mod could come help you organize the event

#9

How do I unflag?

#10

Not sure about what you mean by

as it is a formatting issue and people cannot see info for the event. If you see the raw code for the post, it is a complete post with all necessary info, it is just hidden due to some issue in the formatting. Would you be able to have a look at the code and see where I went wrong?

#11

Oh ok. Then maybe try and copy paste the entire thing, and edit it onto there

#12

Edit it onto where?

Sorry that this is a hassle, I’m new to all of this formatting

#13

Onto the original post, sorry if that wasn’t clear.

You have all the text completed, correct? Something may just be wrong in it

#14

Ok, I will try that now.

I’m fairly sure that code is complete, I have narrowed it down to be something to do with the headings (I think)

#15

Formatting has been fixed now :)

#16

Always wanted to be attending an event in Australia but there’s no way I’m prepared to get up at 3am to do it lol.

#17

is this a grade 3 or 2 event

#18

I can do ATC tower and ground

#19

Ok sure thing - I will put you down for it

#20

Yeah sorry about that - it was hard to find a suitable time that would work for many different time zones :(

#21

Not sure what you mean by this?
