Hey there, right now I’m a trying to change my ATC voice for infinite flight. I watched a video, but could not find the speech setting in the accessibility section. My iPad has IOS 13, but the video that I watched had IOS 11. So something has changed in the settings layout. Does anyone know how to get to the speech settings?

Go to your device Settings → Accessibility → Voice Over → Speech → Voice
