Finding waypoints across big oceans

I struggle to find waypoints across big oceans apart from when there are tracks across Atlantic and pacific oceans

I tend to look around airports, especially in the pacific. Zoom in to where you can see the waypoints, then browse away from the airport so you can find waypoints.

If you know how to use GPS coordinates, you can enter those too! Those can be very useful for trans-oceanic flights, when there are no defined waypoints around. (And for making shapes across the skies).
