Final Approach For 2021 Pt. 5 (Final) - Heathrow Spotting 20/11/21

Spotting @ EGLL 20/11/21, RWY 27L

The sun never sets on the rat empire. As an expert in rats, there are rats lol.

In a continuation of Heavies at London Heathrow Pt. 1 - Heathrow Spotting 19/11/21, Lil Squad at London Heathrow Pt. 2 - Heathrow Spotting 19/11/21, Misty Morning Arrivals at London Heathrow Pt. 3 - Heathrow Spotting 20/11/21 & Heavy Wingtips for Kamryn at Heathrow Pt. 4 - Heathrow Spotting 20/11/21

The final piece of the 5 part puzzle.

A grand total of 115GB, 3090 images whittled down to 187 final edits, these are the final few making their way into a topic, this time comprising entirely of narrow bodies.

To start off, one for the Irish. EI-LRA, an Airbus A321-253NX operated by Aer Lingus in the updated livery, flying in from Dublin.

Up next is G-SAJT, an Embraer ERJ-135ER operated by Loganair, flying in from Darlington.

Flying in from Dusseldorf, we have D-ASTX, an Airbus A319-112 operated by Eurowings.

Making a second appearance is G-EUPJ, the British Airways Airbus A319-131 sporting the BEA Retro Livery on a flight in from Dublin. Truly a beautiful livery.

Keeping the variety up is CS-TJI, an Airbus A321-251N of TAP Air Portugal, inbound from Lisbon

A first spot of both airline and aircraft, we have LN-WEC, a Widerøe Embraer E190-E2 flying in from Bergen

Up next is SkyExpress (not Sky Sports) with SX-NIG, an Airbus A320-251N inbound from Athens

The only thing I like more than Swiss Chocolate is a Swiss aircraft, in this case HB-JDA, an Airbus A320-271N inbound from Zurich

How about some Ruski. Here is VP-BEM, a Boeing 737-8AS(BCF) cargo aircraft operated by S7 Airlines (S7 Cargo) inbound from Moscow

To finish off, we have D-AINP, a Lufthansa operated Airbus A320-271N inbound from Munich

Birb

21 birbs, some horse, and a plane. What more could you ask for?

I’ve also compiled all of the images into a Google Photos album, you are all welcome to view and download the images as you wish. RAW files are also available if you PM me.

Bristol Spotting | July 20th, 2019

2021 was a massive year for me in regards to spotting. I was finally able to acquire some serious kit, and also to get away from the restrictiveness of Bristol. Manchester and London especially presented more of a challenge, whilst also providing me with a load of diversity. Just a shame the weather was crap on both occassions.

Got a few things planned this year. Namely I’ll be going to London a few times this year, but I’ll also be attending RIAT at Fairford, Weston Airshow (should it go ahead) and also possibly Cosford. 2022 will be an exciting year for spotting.

I’m going to buy you a damn sun.

You’ve got one thing going for you, though. You’re smart enough to not cut off wings like @Kamryn. 😒

Thanks. It was the first time I’ve seen either the aircraft or airline in person, it was quite cool to see!

It’s a daily occurrence here in the UK! Weather says sunny? Nah it’ll still be overcast, dark and miserable 🧐
