Once you get to TL2 (which I am sure wont be long) you will be able to post in the events catogory and host an event for Fighters and Refuelers.

I enjoy refueling Missions so if the times right I would fly!

If this is on expert server, GAF may be able to help with the refueling side of things. We have a KC10 ARS stationed at McGuire AFB (KWRI) and Travis AFB (KSUU).
