Hi someone I know got a level 3 speed violation as a fighter jet on expert server, he got no speed below 260kt warning or anything and fighter jets can go as fast as they want ( but still need to be mindful ) any thought on if he should ask to get the level 3 violation appealed or not
If he wants to have a clean record, then he should definitely try to get it appealed as long as there is evidence that he wasn’t doing anything reckless or Impeding other pilots.

The speed limit for fighters is 350 knots below 10,000ft even though an overspeed warning doesn’t pop up. If someone speeds beyond that in an active airspace they may get reported by ATC.
