What’s the best way to set up a fighter aircraft (F-16, F-22, F-14, A-10) ferry from LAX to STL or from LAX to Honolulu? I imagine a couple of KC-10s and as many as 8 to 20 fighter aircraft. Probably need ATC support, etc. I will fly an F-16.
