Hi, my callsign was DW4NE. Overall, pretty good just a few mishaps

Ground
• There was a random “you’re welcome” sent not sure if it was an accident or not.

Tower
• Before takeoff, a lufthansa flight flew over and requested transition at 20,000ft. Technically at that altitude he shouldn’t have requested transition. However, you replied with transition approved at or above 6,000 ft which is a little to high.
The elevation of EBBR is around 900 so a response of transition approved at or above 3,000 ft would have been fine.

Assigning a Transition Altitude

Much has been written about this, but still I get a lot of questions from trainee ATCs. This topic is about: what transition altitude does the ATC assign to an aircraft. • When i was cleared for takeoff remaining in the pattern you told me frequency changed approved. You only send that once the aircraft has lifted off the runway, and is planning on leaving airspace.

• Runway change was excellent

• A little early on the pattern clearances, they should be done on the crosswind not as soon as I lift off the ground

Overall, great job just touch up on a few things and you’ll be good to go
