Feature request for Support category

I see a lot of topics in the support category where people never say the necessary things (device, IF version etc… )

When you create a topic in the “Event” , the editor fills itself with different information to complete. I think it would be necessary to avoid posts like “name your device please” by add a pre-filled post when you select support category.

I’ve tried to do that, but apparently @moderators don’t have permission to change category settings. I would know how to create a category-wide template, but Matt or Philippe would have to actually do it.
