Similar here. At first I liked the A350 the most, because of how modern and aesthetically pleasing it is. Then I was even more impressed by the B757’ design and its engines, just to realise that the 777 has a monstrocity fuselage, capacity, the range, the worlds strongest Engines and so on.
Yeah, I’m with you on the A350. Actually, I’m with you on the B757 and B777 too.
Sometimes the last aircraft I’ve flown leaves a disproportionate impression. It’s especially hard when one has personal associations with each of those aircraft.
But I have an unforgettable memory of flying test flying the A380 when it was released with the look and feel of the 3D cockpit as feeling especially immersive, but also in relation to the handling.
What surprised me recently, was how the B737Max satisfied as far as 3D cockpit, exterior (including livery matching), and handling. What?: I would like the Max this much to crowd out some other strong candidates?
Yeah, good point about distance. I kind of forgot about that criteria when I was lost in the MAX exceeding expectations for 3D cockpit vs exterior and handling.
Seriously though. They both have animated cockpits, which I like, but way too big. I’d honestly like to see some more love towards the private jet world in the future updates
Yeah, with that aircraft I was thinking how one could fly from a municipal general aviation airport like Scottsdale in Arizona, non-stop to Singapore, amazing!
I was going to say no one chose the A320 series, but I looked back. One trivial bias I have for the MAX is simply the cockpit view instrument color contrast (not a good stand-alone reason admittedly).
