Hey guys after completing a 6 hours journey between JFK-LHR. I wanna know what is your fastest time over the Atlantic between NYC-LHR?
5h 52 mins 👀
I travel 1 hour in solo flight
Speed *5 and upwind 100😂
5 hours 20 mins. Had 200kts tailwind during it
4hours and some change. Winds were really strong!
I did it also in 4 hours too.
I did Bermuda to Azores in about two hours. Not sure if that counts though.
I did John f Kennedy to Manchester in about 5:27
2 hours in my Concorde!
I’ll have to check my logbook, but as a recall, I flew EWR - DUB in about 4hr 30mn. I believe that this was the same day that that 747 was in the news for the record it broke for the fastest transatlantic flight or whatever.
BOS-LHR in 5:15 mins. Might have been less as I had tailwinds of up to 170kts then.
I think it was 4hr 20 mins but it was from St. John’s to London in an air canada 787
KBWI - EGLL 4hr and 22minutes
Tbh, I’ve never done JFK-LHR. It’s in that time zone for me where it is too long for me to do it during the day but not long enough for an overnighter.
KJFK-EGLL? It would probably be 5:12.
Throwing realism out of the window on casual can probably get you less than 3 hours… the 78X can fly about as fast as a concorde at full throttle. F16 without going into afterburners might be faster but not sure
Also i’ve done CYYT-EINN in just over an hour in an F22 once
7 hours and 10 minutes. Got a strong headwind
I crossed in 3 hours and 40 minutes, This was back in 2018ish I grabbed a 747 casual server and hualed
Did JFK-LHR in 5h24 with a 787-9. Had 170ish knots of tailwind + flying at M.86
I had a flight from KBOS - EGLL in and F-22, the flight lasted only 3:28.
Note: I was on Solo mode, refueling every 20 min
