Fast-track for vatsim controller

Guys I am a VATSIM controller and if able can I Fastrack my IFATC training?

Unfortunately, there is no ‘fast track’ as such for IFATC, however previous ATC experience like VATSIM will definitely help you progress faster naturally, as you already have the fundamental knowledge of ATC.

For what it’s worth, knowing that stuff is a fast track anyways. I’m not VATSIM (and had no previous ATC experience) but had a good knowledge base and I was able to go from entering the application process to being certified in about a week. 3 training sessions and a practical.

Slow and steady wins the race. and IFATC training and VATSIM ATC training and exams are both different, and it’s up to you.

In the same boat w/ you im only an S1 but it would be nice not having to do the course over again.
