I was on final for runway 4L at JFK and when my gear made contact with the runway my plane (a crj 900) started to tweak out. Essentially, it seemed as if it were stuck in the ground, and after a few seconds my plane was flipping around and rotating in a chaotic fashion. I was in no way in control of what was happening and as a result I received a violation for aerobatic maneuvers near an airport. I was just wondering if I could appeal this wrongful violation. If not that’s fine, but I really would appreciate it if it could be removed.
