when i spawn at OTBH Bay D4 with an F22 fighter it says that i am losing altitude and then i crash into the ground, i cleared the scenery cache and did not work, is there a way to fix this?

This would be an issue with your scenery cache. Head into your settings, clear your scenery cache and restart the app.
That should help!
If you’ve already cleared it then trying restarting the app completely by clearing from the background as well.

Adding on all restart the device.
