Hello folks, welcome to my fourth and final trip as I flew United Airlines from 🎢🐭🇺🇸 Disney World Orlando to San Francisco 🌉🇺🇸. Well let me tell you how this trip went. So yesterday morning, l left the hotel at around 6:15 AM for the 8:40 AM flight, to head to the MCO airport by 6:40 AM to return the car. Then the next thing happened as I was trying to avoid going through that FL-528 toll road, I almost got on it. So what I did was that I cut through to get off that toll road and took Bear Rd to get to that rental car return place. When I got there, I returned the car, which was at that Hertz Rental Car Place 🚗. So after returning the car, I proceed inside the airport, checked-in, then got my boarding pass and then went through the security. After going through the security checkpoint, I proceed to the airport train 🚆 to go to Terminal B to go to my gate. As soon as it was at around 8:07 AM, three minutes prior to boarding, I was at the wrong airside. I thought I saw United Airlines, which was the airline that I was flying on. But, I it was Delta Airlines, and Spirit Airlines that I saw. Therefore, I went to Airside 4 instead of Airside 2 because my flight was scheduled to depart from Gate 40 Terminal B which was at Airside 2, to which I almost missed my flight. So then I went back on the train to get to Airside 2 to head to the right gate to which I finally read United Airlines and luckily didn’t miss the flight. Btw, I stopped by the Orlando Shopping Market 🛒 to buy Flipz Milk Chocolate Covered Pretzels 🥨 🍫 to snack on for my 6hr 10min flight to San Francisco. So then being en route to San Francisco, I was approximately one hour away from my top of descent, I wanted to watch a movie on NetFlix. So I left the app to go to NetFlix. However, I saw some notifications that I scrolled through. When I got back in the game, I got disconnected. So I ended the flight to resume. And let me tell you, that terrible mistake that pissed me off was when I hit the fly button which was gonna overwrite my current flight and I hit yes and it screwed up my flight. Like literally, I hit that fly button instead of the resume button to resume the flight to be connected once again so I could finish the flight. Perhaps, I was initially UA626, expecting to get to San Francisco by approx. 11:00 AM San Francisco Time, but turned into a disaster that I screwed that flight up, meaning that I would have to rebook myself and then got myself put onto the 6:30 PM flight as UA2340. So then, I killed time to get through the 6:30 PM flight, and I finally watched a movie called “The Girl Next Door” and that movie had a bunch of scenes that was not appropriate in which I didn’t wanna see. So therefore, I’m not watching that movie ever again. And then I finally made it into San Francisco at around 9:10 PM PST. So back into the trip report, I hope you enjoy this flight as UA2340. Welp, now that mistake is over, here I am at Gate 35 MCO airport as I killed time before boarding my flight to San Francisco 🌉🇺🇸
As it got dark, here we are as we taxi to RWY 18L for departure out of MCO airport
Then we lined up RWY 18L for takeoff out of MCO
And goodbye 🎢🐭🇺🇸 Disney World Orlando as we tookoff RWY 18L. So off we go to San Francisco 🌉🇺🇸
During our climb out of MCO airport, heading west, we flew over Dade City 🇺🇸
As UA626, I initially got Seat 14F💺. Now that screwed that flight up, I got put at Seat 37A 💺 which was third to last row. But anyways, we cruised over Silverton Texas 🇺🇸 at FL380 as Biscoff Cookies and Stroopwafels 🍪 were served. So that’s what I had and chose Diet Dr. Pepper 🥤 with my pretzels 🥨. Plus listened to music 🎶🎧📱, mentioned earlier, watched a movie 🍿 before we began our descent. As trash was collected, I chewed on my Mentos gum.
And here we are during our descent phase as we flew over Fresno California, getting near San Francisco 🌉🇺🇸, aiming for RWY 28R SFO airport
Here we are for our night landing into SFO airport RWY 28R short final which was what would’ve happened earlier yesterday if I didn’t screw up that flight, by hitting that fly button instead of the resume button. But oh well, let’s accept this night landing and this kind of mistake will never happen ever again.
And after we landed into SFO airport, we crossed RWY 28L, and taxied to Gate D7 for our arrival.
And here I am, my first time in San Francisco 🌉🇺🇸 as we arrived at Gate D7 SFO airport. So, time to grab my stuff and get off the plane. Here is this photo of my aircraft parked at Gate D7 while this United Airlines B777-200 in the Evo Blue Livery in the background, taxiing to RWY 1L for takeoff, bound for Chicago O’Hare. So folks, welcome to San Francisco. God is so good 😊 now that I finally made it. So time for me to head to baggage claim 🛄, exit the airport to catch the train 🚆 to the Hertz Rental Car place 🚗 to rent a car 🚗, for me to head to Crowne Plaza San Francisco Airport hotel 🏨 for my last one week vacation before heading back to the 🇺🇸 314 St. Louis on Saturday on Southwest Airlines.
