Failures with a new lense

recently got a new lense, 100-400mm, and i messed up the shutter speed and didnt notice until i got home 💔💔💔

Camera: Leica SL2S

Lense: Sigma 100-400mm Contemporary

ISO: 200

Shutter: 1/500

and i never cleaned the lense because im stupid 🙏🙏🙏

presumably set the shutter speed too low

that is generally a sensor thing not a lens thing plus it’s easy to remove in editing anyways
