Hello! Issues with the IFC itself are more suited for Meta. I’d recommend moving it there!

Do you get this just when you load in and check the badges or do you tap something before getting the error?
it means you unrecoverably failed and need to start back at Grade 1

Had this issue yesterday, all i did was go on my laptop and click on it , and it worked
I loaded into the badges option in the profile settings to change my favourite badges from
To
But when I click the star icon below the “nice topic” badge That’s when the FAILED dialog box comes.

I can reproduce it when unselecting both badges at the same time. You need to unselect the first one, reload, then unselect the second one, for it to work.
Can you try to unselect all of the badges one by one (by reloading the page every time) and then select the ones you want? (again one by one)

That was neither rude or sarcastic. But just putting up a picture asking for help without explaining how or what triggered the error message will just lead to a bunch of unnecessary follow up questions which wastes time for both him and the rest of us.
Explaining a problem thoroughly from the very beginning helps everyone.
