Facebook Login Still Not Working

I don’t know if it is just me and my iPad or if it is my Facebook account, but I still can’t login to Facebook to access my Live+ subscription. I have already made a previous support topic and it started to die down (got not replies). The last reply I got was from a staff member named Laura saying that she could transfer my Infinite Flight Facebook account to the Google account and credit me with the lost time from my Live+ subscription. She just told me to give her 2 account info. After I asked which to give her, there was no reply.

  1. My full user display name is Hubert Nguyen
  2. My last known callsign was W48DL (I remembered flying a few more flights with a later callsign but they were commercial flights, so I did not remember the flight numbers. (My first callsign when I started using Live in September was N903IL, I think)
  3. My subscription receipt was sent to an email address where the owner deleted it. The owner was my Dad.

I’m sure @Tyler_Shelton can sort this out for you. I’m sorry to see you are still having issue but hopefully it will be fine soon.

If you have already tried deleting and re installing the app. Pm @Tyler_Shelton with your current Facebook login information, display name, callsign if you can remember it, then the google account you wish to use to transfer it over too. I haven’t heard any issues since it was fixed a while back.
