I cant link my Facebook to my account because it says a username already has linked it and I would really like to have that account back with the subscription I bought transferred on to there.i have lots of hours on that account.
Hey Drew. If I’m understanding your request correctly, you are looking to transfer your subscription to a different account? If so, we can definitely help out. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
- Display Name and Callsign of account you’re transferring from .
- Display Name and Callsign of account you’re transferring to .
- Complete purchase receipt of subscription.
This will help expedite the process by you giving that information to the support team in your first email… If this is not what you’re looking for or if there is a different problem that I didn’t pick up on, don’t hesitate to let me know.
